Master Scuba Diver
With the PADI Master Scuba Diver level, you have reached the highest non-professional level in the PADI System of Scuba Diver Education. This means that you have gained significant training and experience in a wide range of diving environments.

Minimum number of dives recorded in the logbook: 50
PADI Rescue Diver or Junior Rescue Diver (or equivalent certification from another training organization), 12 years old, five PADI specialty certifications.

Working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you expand your diving knowledge and improve your techniques to a professional level. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership skills, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and to assist instructors with student divers. During the PADI Divemaster program, you learn dive leadership techniques through independent study and in-class study. Complete exercises of aquatic and resistance techniques, as well as training exercises that improve your organization and problem-solving skills. You put this knowledge into action through academic integration or through a series of practical training exercises.
